Children and Youth are valued members of Pointe of Grace. Every Sunday morning, there is a Children’s Message as part of the worship service. Kids are welcome to participate in all aspects of worship, including leading worship as acolytes, crucifer, readers, ushers and more.  We also offer education and a variety of fun events throughout the year.

Children's Ministry

Every Sunday morning, there is a Children’s Message as part of the worship service. Kids are welcome to participate in all aspects of worship, including leading worship as acolytes, crucifer, readers, ushers and more. 

Worship is a place for everyone to feel welcome and a part of the community. We also have several Sanctuary Busy Bags children can take to their seat. Children do make “holy noise” and we encourage their voices during all aspects of worship, especially during prayers and music time.  During each worship service we also have a special Children’s Message time and all children and parents are welcome to come forward if they wish to participate. 

We have a special “Prayground” area with quiet activities at the side of the sanctuary for children who need more to keep them busy while still being in worship. We require a parent or adult guardian to be with each child in the area to supervise. Children learn that they are welcome even if they need to move, draw, play, read, color, etc. 

Children's Church
Sept-May on the 1st and 3rd Sunday

We welcome our youngest worshipers to Children's Church on the first and third Sunday of the month. Children will begin service in the sanctuary with their families, and then are invited to go to Children's Church in The Hive. After crafts, games, and a bible lesson, children return to the sanctuary and their families during the Passing of the Peace.
