Worship

Sunday Worship is at 9:30am

Sunday worship is now both in-person and online.

The online component will be live-streamed thru our YouTube Channel.  Please note that live-streaming worship is not available until the actual start of the worship service where it will be listed under “Live Stream”.  After the live stream is over the video will then be moved to the “videos” category for later viewing.

Then after the service, in addition to our YouTube Channel, the service will be posted on our Facebook page.

Sunday Worship will be followed by Fellowship Time at the Church.

This week’s bulletin will be shown on the screen during the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Music to prepare for worship usually begins five minutes prior to the actual worship time.  Arriving a few minutes early allows you to get settled and comfortable.

We believe that God is much more concerned with your heart than your outward appearance. Most of our people wear business casual. However, we have individuals who do dress up and individuals who wear casual clothing. Come as you are; we want you to feel comfortable.

Children are welcome to be with you during worship. There will always be a Children’s Message during the worship service, where children are invited forward to receive a message from the pastor about Jesus. Families are invited to bring supplies from home to help children engage in quiet time during worship, but we are hopeful to hear their joyous noise of singing and prayers alongside the assembly gathered. We also have a “PrayGround” inside the sanctuary where our Littlest Lutherans can engage with their parents in quiet time reading books and coloring during worship.

We have introductory music while people gather. We begin our worship with announcements, a casual greeting and song of praise. This leads into two or three readings from the Bible. The pastor will give about a 10-15 minute message that we hope is relevant to your life. After the message, we’ll take an offering. As our guests, we don’t want you to feel that you have to give anything. We then will move to Holy Communion where all are welcome to the Lord’s Table.  There will then be a blessing and a closing song. People will then leave the sanctuary as other music is played. All are welcome to join us for conversation, coffee and refreshments during Fellowship Time in the adjoining space.

Tithing and Donations

“On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside
a sum of money in keeping with his income, saving it up, so that
when I come no collections will have to be made.”
1 Corinthians 16:2

Giving to Pointe of Grace Lutheran Church is an expression of our thankfulness and praise to God. General giving provides important resources for ministries, outreach, and missions.

There are several ways to provide financial support to Pointe of Grace:

Online Giving – Make a one time gift or set up a convenient automatic giving schedule online from a secure donation web page.  You determine the frequency of your gift and can login and edit your giving at any time.

Once on the giving page from the QR code there will be a dropbox to choose where your donation goes (or General Budget, Packs for Kids or Children & Youth Ministry).
